I am the LSU-HSC/NOLA Section Head of Emergency Medicine, a Clinical Professor of Medicine at LSU-HSC, a Clinical Professor of Surgery Tulane School of Medicine, the Medical Director of the Baromedical Research Institute, a NOLA and ATLS and ACLS instructor, and the Medical Director of Van Meter and Associates, an emergency department physician and MLP staffing group.My Little Something Extra: I am working on the development of a hyperbaric ambulance to aid in pre-hospital transport of seriously injured or ill patients and I am working to bring critical care hyperbaric medicine to New Orleans and the State of Louisiana.
